PLay Skills Camps are designed to support the development of fundamental movement skills such as throwing, catching, running and jumping. With these skills, kids have a foundation to explore and enjoy different sports and physical activities for life. Action-packed sport sessions will focus on the ABC's of Physical Literacy:

What those plans tell us is that early specialization, and early intense training in most sports just doesn't help the child develop. Physical literacy prepares them for excellence in sport and increases the likelihood of staying active for life.
